Graded EX 5 by PSA. One of only four examples graded at this level out of sixty-nine cards evaluated by PSA to date. An outstanding high-grade example of the key card featuring Hall of Famer Cap Anson from this very popular and colorful set of fifty, issued by Old Judge and Gypsy Queen. This striking Excellent example is bright and clean, with flawless colors, perfect registration, light wear on the corners, and centered slightly toward the top left. The front is Ex-Mt. The card has been downgraded to Ex due to two very minor reverse flaws, an extremely light vertical red line and a small corner surface chip in the lower right. This is an exceptionally strong and magnificent high-grade example of one of the most classic of all nineteenth-century baseball cards. Reserve $2,000. Estimate $4,000+.
