Graded VG 40 by SGC. Presented is a very attractive technically midgrade example of the rare Bill O'Hara, St. Louis T206 variation. This is an exceptionally attractive card for the rare T206 O'Hara, especially for the grade. Polar Bear was the only company to issue this T206 variation. The offered card is very clean, with bold colors, a crisp image, very light staining (far less than most T206 Polar Bear cards), rounded corners, and outstanding centering. A couple light creases are present on the top portion of the card. The back has bold white printing set against a dark blue background. This is an extremely pleasing midgrade example of one of the key (and in our opinion very underrated) rarities from the classic T206 White Border set. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000+.
