Collection of nine different cards from the T206 White Borders series, each professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA (except for one SGC as noted). Each card has a scarce advertising back (including brown Hindu), one that is not in the same league as Drum or Uzit, but still very unusual and seen far less often than standard Piedmont and Sweet Caporal backs. This collection consists of the following: Ames/Hands Above Head (SGC VG/EX 50, Tolstoi), Bliss (EX 5, El Principe De Gales), Freeman (EX 5, Old Mill), Lavender (VG-EX 4, Old Mill), Reulbach/glove showing (VG 3, Hindu), Scott (VG 3, Cycle 350), Tannehill/Tannehill on front (VG-EX 4, Sovereign 460), Tannehill/L. Tannehill on front (VG-EX 4, El Principe De Gales), and Wiltse/cap (EX 5, Old Mill). This is a strong and extremely attractive T206 group that is especially noteworthy for their desirable and different advertising backs! The SMR value in the assigned grades is $835 with no premium assigned for the scarcer backs. Total: 9 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate $500+.
