Two full tickets (5 x 2 inches) to the 1982 NCAA Men's Basketball Semi-Finals and Finals, each encapsulated by PSA/DNA and certified as "Authentic." The 1982 title game is memorable for the heroics of North Carolina freshman Michael Jordan, who made the most important shot of his young career against Georgetown. Jordan nailed a short jumper with seventeen seconds left to give North Carolina a one-point lead that they never relinquished. The victory was especially sweet for coach Dean Smith, who earned his first NCAA Championship after twenty years as head coach of the Tar Heels. The Semi-Finals ticket displays a number of moderate creases and is in Very Good condition. The Finals ticket displays a tiny area of discoloration on the front; otherwise it is in Excellent to Mint condition. Total: 2 tickets. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
