Rare, almost certainly unique Jesse Haines thrice-signed stat ball most likely dating from the early 1970s. In addition to three Jesse Haines blue-ink signatures, two of which appear separately on adjacent side panels, this Regent "Semi-Pro League" ball features a number of scripted notations by Haines regarding his career. Those notations appear on the remaining two side panels, with one of the notations extending partially into the sweet spot. The first of the two panels features another Haines signature followed by text that reads "St. Louis Cardinals/1920-1937/No Hit Game July 17, 1924." The other panel reads "Five World Series/1926-28-30-31-34/Won 3 of 4 starts/Pitched in 5 games and won 3." The three Haines signatures grade, respectively, "6," "5," and "3," overall, with each displaying varying degrees of bleeding. The text grades "6" overall. The ball remains in Excellent condition. Full LOA from James Spence/JSA. Pre certified by Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
