This collection of seven items, each signed by a former Negro League Hall of Fame player, is composed of six single-signed balls and a signed government postcard. 1) Cool Papa Bell single-signed ball. Signed "James 'Cool Papa' Bell" in blue marker (grading "9," appears to be a post-stroke signature) on the sweet spot (extending into each of the adjacent side panels) of an ONL (White) ball. Scattered age toning; otherwise Nr-Mt. Accompanied by a full LOA from James Spence/JSA. 2) Judy Johnson single-signed ball. In blue ink ("9") on the sweet spot of an ONL (Feeney) ball. Light, scattered, age toning; otherwise Nr-Mt. Accompanied by a full LOA from James Spence/JSA. 3) Roy Campanella single-signed ball. In blue ink ("7/8," light bleeding) on the sweet spot of an ONL (White) ball (post-accident signature). Light, scattered, age toning; otherwise Nr-Mt. Accompanied by a full LOA from James Spence/JSA. 4) Buck Leonard single-signed ball. In blue ink ("9/10") on the sweet spot (extending into an adjacent side panel) of an OAL (MacPhail) ball. In blue ink ("8") on the sweet spot of an ONL (Giamatti) ball. Light, scattered, age toning; otherwise Nr-Mt. Accompanied by a COA (with corresponding label attached to the ball) from James Spence/JSA. 6) Leon Day single-signed ball. In blue ink ("9/10") on the sweet spot of an ONL (White) ball. Light, scattered, age toning; otherwise Nr-Mt. Accompanied by a COA (with corresponding label attached to the ball) from James Spence/JSA. 7) Cool Papa Bell signed government postcard. Signed in blue fine-point Sharpie ("10") on the reverse (pre-stroke signature). Addressed and postmarked "Aug 6 1979." 5.5 x 3.5 inches. Slight toning. Ex-Mt.
