One-page handwritten letter, dated February 21, 1956, signed by Hall of Fame third baseman Frank Baker. In his brief missive, Baker responds to a fan. In full: “Dear Don: Many thanks for your kind words, it is nice of you to remember me. I hope all is well. My Best Always Frank Baker.” Both the text and signature have been scripted in blue fountain pen and grade “9” on average. The letter (5.5 x 9 inches) displays two horizontal folds and a tiny speck of adhesive residue on the left front border. In Excellent condition overall. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
