Collection of six 1933 R319 Goudey baseball cards, each depicting a different Hall of Fame player in the series, and each signed by the respective player on the front of the card. Ideally, each card has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA, with the signature certified as "Authentic." The collection is composed of the following: 1) #2 Dazzy Vance. Signed "D. Vance" in black fountain pen (grading "6" overall). The card is trimmed, with paper loss and glue on the front not affecting the signature). 2) #109 Joe Cronin. Signed "Joe Cronin" in black fountain pen ("9"). The card has significant paper loss on reverse, presenting as Ex on the front. 3) #119 Rogers Hornsby. Signed "Rogers Hornsby 1960" in blue ink ("7"). Poor condition, with numerous flaws. 4) #125 Bill Terry. Signed "Wm H. (Bill) Terry in blue ink ("9"). The card has a trimmed left edge and a stray pencil line on the front; otherwise Vg-Ex. 5) #147 Leo Durocher. Signed "Leo Durocher" in black marker ("10"). Gd+. 6) #230 Carl Hubbell. Signed "Carl Hubbell" in black marker ("10"). Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. Total: 6 signed cards. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA. Pre certified by Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication. Reserve $500. Estimate (open).
