Pair of classic nineteenth-century sample cards, each graded by PSA. 1) 1886 N508 Woman Baseball Players: #7 Catcher (VG-EX 4). Crisp image with even wear to the corners, excellent centering, and a clean blank reverse. 2) 1895 N300 Mayo Cut Plug: Germany Smith (VG 3 [MK]. Strong photo clarity, even corner wear, and excellent centering. Color added to the edges accounts for the qualifier. A relatively affordable pair of cards from two of the nineteenth century's most classic sets. Total: 2 cards. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
