Presented is an outstanding collection of eighteen different cards from the 1915 Cracker Jack series, entirely graded and encapsulated by PSA (except for one SGC). The 1915 Cracker Jacks are universally considered one of the most classic and highly regarded baseball-card sets ever produced. Issued one card per box, the entire set of 176 cards could also be ordered by mail in exchange for 100 coupons, or 1 coupon plus 25 cents. To collect this set on a reasonable budget, in lower grade, is much harder than meets the eye, because the lower grade, more reasonably priced cards tend to be cards that were actually packaged with Cracker Jack (as opposed to factory-set cards that were somehow mishandled or damaged). This collection consists of the following: One VG+ 3.5: #20. One VG 3: #9. One GOOD+ 2.5: #131. Six GOOD 2: #13, 92, 107, 118, 147, and 152. Two FAIR 1.5: #125 and 168 (SGC FAIR 20). Seven PR 1: #27, 87, 93, 98, 101, 102, and 115. Cards from this classic set in the grade offered here naturally represent a tremendous value and for this reason in part they are understandably extremely desirable to many collectors. This is a rarely offered and relatively affordable collector-grade grouping from one of card collecting's most classic issues. Total: 18 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
