Graded VG 40 by SGC. This is the only example graded at this level, with just one graded higher. Outstanding PC760 Rose Postcard example of Frank Smith of the Chicago White Sox. Among advanced collectors, Rose Postcards are regarded as one of the most striking and magnificently designed baseball-card sets ever produced. They are also extremely rare. Crisp image and bold colors, moderate corner wear, and a postally-unused reverse. A crease across the lower left corner accounts for the assigned grade. This is a very attractive example from one of the era's most classic sets. Reserve $200. Estimate (open).
