This coin-operated machine (13 x 5.5 x 13 inches), of quality metal construction, is designed to dispense a gum ball and a baseball card for a penny. A glass pane in the center displays the gum balls, while the two outer glass panes are each designed to hold two baseball cards.
A label on the center glass reads "Premier Ball Gum and Card/1¢." In the 1950s, these machines were very popular at convenience and grocery stores. In working order and ideal for display. Includes the key for the lid. The machine displays wear commensurate with its age and former use, including a number of light-to-moderate scratches and abrasion. Both the turn knob and mounting plate display loss of finish. In Excellent condition overall. The substantial size/weight of this item requires that there will be a shipping charge for this lot (which will vary depending upon where it is being shipped). The shipping charge will be billed separately from the auction invoice.

Reserve $300. Estimate $1,000+.
