Graded VG/EX 50 by SGC. Attractive mid-grade example of Hall of Fame pitcher Cy Young, one of the key Hall of Famers in the M116 Sporting Life set. Like his portrait card in T206, this card is universally recognized as one of Young's most striking baseball cards. Clean and crisp, with four lightly worn corners and a flawless surface. Centered slightly towards the bottom, the boldly printed black-back Sporting Life advertisement shows a small area of adhesive residue. This card represents an excellent value, in our opinion, especially compared to other quality 1910-era issues featuring Young. This is a high-quality vintage card in a desirable grade that would be a worthy addition to any M116, Cy Young, or classic Hall of Fame card collection. Reserve $300. Estimate $500++.
