Official American League (Harridge) ball signed in blue ink by the following twelve players: Roger Maris, Nellie Fox, Early Wynn, Al Kaline, Tony Cuccinello, Harvey Kuenn, Sherm Lollar, Billy Pierce, Bob Cerv, Bud Daley, Harry Craft (sweet spot), and one other (illegible). (The signature of Luis Aparicio that appears on a side panel has been deemed a "clubhouse" version by JSA.) Signatures range from "3" to "9," averaging "7." Although we do not know the exact origins of this ball, it should be noted that all but one (Cerv) of the players represented here appeared as a member of the American League team in one of the two All-Star Games played that season (Harry Craft was the manager and Cuccinello was one of his coaches). If this ball were signed over the course of the two games, it commemorates Roger Maris' first All-Star Game appearance (he appeared in the second game, played in Los Angeles). The ball is moderately soiled. In Very Good condition overall.

Reserve $200. Estimate $500+.
