Cut signature of Babe Ruth, attractively matted and framed with two different photographic prints of the legendary "Sultan of Swat." Ruth's blue-ink signature appears on a small white card (2.25 x 1 inches) and grades "8/9." One of the prints (6.75 x 6 inches) is Nat Fein's classic image of Ruth's final appearance at Yankee Stadium in 1948, titled The Babe Bows Out. The other (6.75 x 8 inches) pictures Ruth holding a bat while posing for the camera at Yankee Stadium. The cut is in apparent Near Mint condition, as are the two nonvintage prints. Matted and framed together to total dimensions of 19 x 13 inches. Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $3,000++.
