Collection of four baseball cabinet-card photos, each picturing a single uniformed player in a formal studio setting. All measure approximately 4.25 x 6.5 inches and feature a photographer's credit along the base of the mount. 1) Player, standing, leaning on a bat, with "SBS" lettered on the front of his jersey. Credited to "H. R. Smith, Southbridge, Mass."' Vg, with tears and staining to the mount. 2) Player, standing, wearing a dark-colored uniform, with bat in hand. Credited to "O. H. Spencer, Circleville, O." The year "1893" is written on the reverse in pencil. Vg-Ex, with minor abrasions to photo. 3) Player, standing, wearing a glove, hands cupped to catch the ball hovering in front of him. Credited to "Frommeyer, Hanover, PA." Vg with toning, light spotting, paper residue on the reverse, and a few chips to the mount. 4) Player, standing, wearing a light-colored uniform, holding a bat. Credited to "Clark & Steitler, Owensboro, KY." Scalloped edges. Vg, with moderate staining. Total: 4 cabinet cards.
