Graded GOOD 30 by SGC. One of only seven examples ever graded by SGC. Extremely rare and highly desirable card from the 1911 D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit series featuring future “Black Sox” member Buck Weaver during his minor league playing days with San Francisco. This is an outstanding mid-grade example. The card has been downgraded due to a few speckles of white paint on the front (mainly in the lower right corner) and an ink stamp on the checklist reverse, and is otherwise in Vg-Ex condition. This is an extremely attractive card of Weaver in full uniform leaning to his right making a catch. Due to its method of issue (one card per box) and large size (2.5 x 4.25 inches), this card is usually found in far lower grade. The 72-card 1911 D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit set is one of the rarest of all Pacific Coast League issues and one of the rarest of all 1910-era card issues. This is an extremely attractive example of the key card from this rare minor-league issue. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000+. SOLD FOR $2,252
