Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Stunning high-grade example of this classic rookie card of Hall of Famer Duke Snider. The card has bold, bright colors, four sharp corners (just the slightest hint of wear under magnification), and a flawless surface. Centered just a hint to the bottom border (approximately 53/47). Perfectly crisp and clean, both front and back. 1949 Bowman cards typically suffer from a variety of condition problems, including poor print quality and a tendency to have soft corners, which make high-grade examples particularly difficult to find. This is a world-class example of Duke Snider's rookie card, and one of the key rare high-number cards of the 1949 Bowman set. Reserve $400. Estimate $800/$1,200. SOLD FOR $1,410
