Collection of eleven different (plus six duplicates, for a total of seventeen cards) E103 Williams Caramel cards including seven Hall of Famers. These cards are part of one of the most substantial original-owner caramel card collections we have ever offered. The entire collection of over 350 1910-era candy cards (plus over 200 tobacco cards) have been consigned to this auction (all appear in the Internet-only section of the auction), and have been saved for decades by the family of the original owner. The 30-card E103 set was issued in 1910 by the Williams Caramel Co. of Oxford, Pennsylvania. E103s are one of the rarest of all 1910 era candy card sets. This is a low-grade collection, with condition ranging from Poor to Fair, with the exception of two cards in Good condition (Hall of Famers Frank Chance and Sam Crawford). Highlights: Bresnahan (Pr), three Chance (Gd, Fr, and Pr), Collins (Pr), and two Crawford (Gd and Pr). This is a very substantial low grade collection of these rare caramel cards, including two slightly higher-grade HOFers among the total of seven Hall of Famers included in the collection. Total 17 cards. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000+. SOLD FOR $5,288
