Collection of three W600 Sporting Life cabinets comprised exclusively of Hall of Famers, highlighted by Nap Lajoie, each graded and encapsulated by SGC: 1) Frank Chance (POOR 10, paper loss on the front and back); 2) James Collins (VG 40, light moisture stain on the front, still a very nice looking card for the grade); and 3) Nap Lajoie (POOR 10, four tack holes on the borders, otherwise Gd). W600s are one of the rarest sets from the early part of the century, and one of the most substantial and well-made card sets ever produced. W600 Hall of Famers, in particular, have always been highly prized by serious collectors. This is a very rare assembly of three low-grade Hall of Famers from this extraordinary issue. Total 3 cards. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$1,500. SOLD FOR $2,938
