Twenty-five signatures on an official National League (Giles) ball: Flood (sweet spot), Schoendienst (Mgr., sweet spot), Gibson, Brock, Carlton, Maris, Edwards, McCarver, Briles, Spiezio, Hughes, Maxvil, Tolan, Hoerner, Gagliano, Granger, Schofield, Simpson, Jaster, Gilson, Washburn, Shannon, Ricketts, Sisler (coach), and one other (illegible). The year, "1968," is written in black ink on the ball label. The signatures, signed in either blue or black ink, range from "6" to "10," averaging "7/8."
