Graded GOOD 30 by SGC. Very attractive sample card of #9 Paul Zahniser from the extremely rare 1925 Holland Creameries set. This Canadian issued set was produced to commemorate the Washington Senators’ 1924 Championship season; the set features exclusively Senators players. Each card is printed in blue and measures 1-1/2 by 3 inches. The front features a portrait image of the player with the text “Holland – World’s Champions” printed above the image and the player’s name and position printed below. The back of the card advertises a promotional offer in which consumers could exchange a complete set of 18 cards for a valuable prize. The card has been downgraded due to several unobtrusive creases and a stain on the wide bottom border. Boldy printed reverse. This is a very presentable sample card from this extremely rare regional set, which would make a significant addition to any Washington Senators or type-card collection. Reserve $200.
