Presented is a complete 25-card set of 1936 R322 Goudey. This unusual Goudey set is one of the most overlooked of all 1933-1941 gum-card issues, in part because the set does not include Ruth or Gehrig. Because of this, the 1936 Goudey set is also one of the most reasonably priced scarce sets of the era. Each card features a black-and-white image of a player. The reverse features a bio of the player and two terms related to the game of baseball (foul, strike, out, etc.). Condition is thirteen Vg-Ex to Ex, four Vg, and eight lesser. Four cards are graded by PSA. Keys: Cochrane (presents Ex-Mt, technically Fr due to paper loss on reverse), Cuyler (Vg), Ferrell (VG-EX 4), Gomez (VG-EX 4), Greenberg (presents Nr/Mt, technically Fr due to paper loss on reverse), Harris (EX 5), Higgins (VG-EX 4), Klein (presents Nr/Mt, technically Fr due to paper loss on reverse), and P. Waner (presents Nr/Mt, technically Fr due to paper loss on reverse). A very consistent and seldom-offered complete set of this classic 1930s Goudey issue. Total: 25 cards.
