Longines 10K gold-filled wristwatch presented to Casey Stengel in commemoration of his appearance at the New York Yankees' 1971 Old Timers' Day game. The watch face features the colorful red-white-and-blue Yankees logo, below which is lettered "New York Yankees/25th Old Timers Day/July 10, 1971/Longines." The recipient's name, "Casey Stengel," is engraved on the reverse. An additional engraving reads "10K Gold Filled." Stengel was the most successful manager in Yankees history, winning ten pennants and seven World Championships (including a record five straight from 1949 to 1952) in his twelve seasons with the club. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1966. The watch, with brown-leather wristband, is in working order and displays light-to-moderate wear. In Excellent to Mint condition overall. Reserve $300.
