Graded VG/EX 50 by SGC. This is the only example ever graded by SGC! Outstanding PC760 Rose Postcard example of Chief Wilson of the Pittsburg Pirates. Among advanced collectors, Rose Postcards are regarded as one of the most striking and magnificently designed baseball-card sets ever produced. They are also extremely rare. Crisp image and bold colors, strong corners, a light back wrinkle, and a clean, postally-unused reverse. Slightly uneven toning to the reverse is likely attributable to a prior method of storage. This is an extremely attractive example from one of the era's most classic sets. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
