Collection of five rare tickets from the short-lived Federal League (1914-1915). 1) 1914 Chicago Feds ticket stub (1.25 x 2.75 inches). The bleacher ticket is for "Set 16," which, according to our research, granted admission to a doubleheader against Indianapolis on Saturday, May 30th. Chicago split the doubleheader, losing the first game 5-0 and winning the second 1-0. Both games, of course, were played at the newly built Weegham Park (later renamed Wrigley Field), which later became home to the Chicago Cubs. Vg-Ex, with a few light creases. 2) 1914 Kansas City Packers ticket stub (1.25 x 2.75 inches). The grandstand ticket is for "Game 64," which was the first game of a doubleheader against the Brooklyn Tip Tops on August 20th. Kansas City won the first game 8-4, but the second game ended in a 1-1 tie. Vg-Ex, with a few light creases. 3) 1915 Buffalo Feds ticket stub (1.25 x 2.75 inches). The bleacher ticket was issued for "Game 13," which was the second game of a doubleheader against the St. Louis Terriers on May 8th. Buffalo won the second game 4-2, but dropped the opener 6-5. The reverse features an advertisement for Fleischmann's Restaurant. Vg-Ex, with a light vertical crease. 4) 1915 Buffalo Feds ticket stub (1.25 x 2.75 inches). The bleacher ticket was issued for "Game 15," which took place on May 11th, against the Pittsburgh Rebels. The Rebels defeated Buffalo 1-0 that day. The reverse features an advertisement for Fleischmann's Restaurant. Vg-Ex, with light edge wear. 5) 1915 Buffalo Feds ticket stub (2.5 x 1 inches). The ticket, which allows access "To Grounds and Grand Stand," bears no game number or date. Ex. Total: 5 ticket stubs. Reserve $300. Estimate $1,000++.
