Collection of four early figure-eight style baseballs, all of which appear to date to the 1800s. Two appear to be homemade examples, while the other feature tighter stitching and were probably done by a skilled craftsman. As one would expect, all of the balls vary with regard to both size and weight, and display heavy use.
