Baseball bat and large-format photo, each signed by the same twenty-five team members of the 1960 World Champion Pittsburgh Pirates. Both of these items were signed at a thirty-year anniversary reunion of the club, held in Pittsburgh in 1990. The bat, manufactured by Adirondack, is a limited-edition signed piece and is numbered "14 of 300" on the barrel. The large-format photo (20 x 16 inches) pictures the 1960 club in a traditional team pose, with all of the players identified in print along the base. Both pieces have been signed in blue fine-point marker (grading "9" or "10") by the following twenty-five team members: Mazeroski, Friend, Groat, Face, Burgess, Green, Francis, Baker, Schofield, Oldis, Nelson, Vernon, Labine, Haddix, Law, Witt, Skinner, Virdon, Smith, Christopher, Gibbon, Cheney, Stuart, Levy (coach), and Narron (coach). The bat (34 inches) remains in Mint condition. The photo displays a number of light creases and is in Excellent condition overall. Total: 2 items (bat and photo). Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA. Reserve $200. Estimate (open).
