1) Original United Press photo of Mickey Mantle holding the ball he hit for his twentieth home run of the season on July 22, 1954, at Yankee Stadium. The tenth-inning walk-off home run gave the Yankees a 4-3 victory over the White Sox in the first game of a double header. Signed by Mantle in blue Sharpie (grading "10") on the front. A United Press stamp appears on the reverse, as does the original paper news caption. 7 x 9 inches. Vg-Ex, with a few light creases and a tiny chip in the lower right corner. 2) Original United Press photo of Yogi Berra enjoying a 3D comic book. Signed by Berra in blue Sharpie (grading "10") across the front. A United Press stamp appears on the reverse, as does a partial clipping of the Brooklyn Eagle newspaper in which this photo first appeared. The clipping is dated "Aug 30 1953," while a separate date stamp on the reverse of "Aug 31 1953" records the date the photo was filed in the Brooklyn Eagle archives. 7 x 9 inches.
