1887 to 1936 Prewar Card Collection (74) Including Hall of Famers

Presented is an eclectic collection of seventy-four different prewar cards, spanning the years 1887 to 1936 and highlighted by nineteen Hall of Famers from some of the most desirable sets of the era. Sixty-seven cards are baseball while seven are boxing. We have selected two cards to be graded by SGC. The collection consists of the following: Baseball: 1) 1887 N28 Allen & Ginter (6 cards): Anson (cut from display poster), Caruthers (Pr), Comiskey (SGC VG 40), Glasscock (Fr), Kelly (SGC FAIR 20), and Ward (presents Ex, paper loss on reverse). 2) 1888 R & S Artistic Series (2 cards): Brooklyn and New York (both Nr/Mt). 3) 1909 E92 Dockman & Sons Gum (1 card): McGraw (HOF, Pr). 4) 1909 E95 Philadelphia Caramel (9 cards): Cobb (HOF, Pr), Devlin, Leach, Lord, Merkle, Morgan, Reulbach, Willetts, and Wiltse. All Pr to Fr. 5) 1909-1911 E90-1 American Caramel (3 cards): Joss (HOF), Summers, and Young/Boston (HOF). All Pr. 6) 1909-1911 T206 White Border (14 cards): Atz, Batch, Chase/dark cap (Fr), Congalton (Southern Leaguer, Pr), Dubuc, D.
