1960s Fleer Baseball, Football, and Nonsport File Binder

Presented is a three-ring binder from the files of the Fleer Company housing a number of representative cards, wrappers, and boxes from various sport and nonsport sets issued by the company between 1959 and 1962, all preserved and displayed in a very unique manner. These are the actual file-copy examples kept by Fleer for its archives. Contained in the binder are the following: 1) 1959 Fleer Spins and Needles: Nine cards (five fronts and four backs). 2) 1960 Fleer Baseball: Six cards (three fronts and three backs), two logo stickers, display box, and three wax packs with only gum inside. 3) 1960 Fleer Casper: Eight cards (#4, 22, 33, 34, 39, 40, 50, 52 ) and display box separated into six pieces. 4) 1960 Fleer Football: Wrapper and pennant insert card. 5) 1960 Fleer Yule Laff: Eight cards and display box. 6) 1960s Fleer German Issue: Two cards of Elizabeth Taylor. 6) 1961 Fleer Football: Five cards (#61, 62, 69, 71, and 72). 7) 1961 Fleer Pirates Bold: Five cards. 8) Assorted Items: Fleer Taffy-O Gum wrapper, sleeve of five packs of Dubble Bubble Gum, eight-box packaging samples for Dubble Bubble Gum, and Halloween advertising material for store owners.
