Presented is a near-complete set (missing nine cards for completion) of 1951 Topps Ringside boxing cards, highlighted by Rocky Marciano's rookie card, one of the most popular and recognizable boxing cards from any era. This set is in overall Vg to Vg-Ex condition with seven lesser. Keys: #11 Baer (Vg), 32 Marciano (Vg), 43 Robinson (Vg+), 69 Sullivan (Vg+), 88 Louis (Vg), and 96 Charles (Gd/Vg). Missing #1 Lesnevitch, 31, 35, 49 Murphy SP, 50, 55, 67, 92, and 95 Tunney for completion. This is a very attractive, technically low- to mid-grade near-complete set of Topps' first attempt at boxing cards. The 1951 Topps Ringside Boxing set has always been extremely popular with collectors due to its exceptional artwork and the inclusion of boxing greats from all eras. Total: 87 cards. Reserve $200.
