Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Out of 307 examples graded to date, this is one of only twelve graded at this level with none higher. Rarely seen PSA NM-MT 8 example of Pittsburgh Pirates Hall of Famer Paul Waner from the classic 1933 Goudey set. Crisp image set against a bold red background. Flawless registration, centered slightly to the right, with just a hint of minor wear visible to the corners (particularly the upper left). Clean, boldly printed reverse with light natural toning in some areas. A very high-grade PSA example of card #25 Paul Waner that would be a significant addition to any high-grade 1933 Goudey PSA Registry set or Hall of Fame collection. SMR is $2,500. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000+. SOLD FOR $4,443.75
