Original-owner collection of 210 cards from the 1957 Topps set, including 145 different. Carefully saved by our consignor since personally collecting them over fifty years ago, each card presents with pack-fresh color and crispness. Nine cards have been graded and encapsulated by SGC (all submitted by REA). Overall condition is 25% Nr/Mt or better, 40% Ex-Mt, 30% Ex, and 5% lesser. Centering affects the technical grade of many of the cards. Keys: #1 Williams (SGC SGC EX/NM 80), 2 Berra (Ex-Mt), 7 Aparicio (Ex-Mt), 10 Mays (SGC NM 84), 15 Roberts (Nr/Mt), 18 Drysdale RC (Ex), 20 Aaron (SGC EX+ 70), two 24 Mazeroski RC (Nr/Mt and Ex), 25 Ford (Nr/Mt), two 30 Reese (Ex-Mt and Ex+), two 35 F. Robinson RC (SGC EX/NM+ 82 and Vg-Ex), two 38 Fox (Nr/Mt and Ex-Mt), three 40 Wynn (Nr/Mt and two Ex+), 55 Banks (Vg), 62 Martin (Ex+), 70 Ashburn (Ex+), 76 Clemente (Vg-Ex), 80 Hodges (Nr/Mt), 85 Doby (Ex+), 90 Spahn (Nr/Mt), 95 Mantle (SGC NM 84), 125 Kaline (Ex-Mt), 165 Kluszewski (Nr/Mt+), 170 Snider (Ex-Mt), 175 Larsen (Nr/Mt), and four 210 Campanella (SGC NM/MT+ 92, two SGC NM 84, SGC EX/NM 80). The equivalent SMR value for the nine SGC-graded cards is $2,425 (the Aaron and F. Robinson have been calculated at the lower whole-grade level since SMR values do not exist for those half-grades).
