1952 to 1956 Topps Original-Owner "Shoebox" Collection (1,179 Cards)

Original boyhood "shoebox" collection of 1,179 Topps baseball cards, dating from 1952 to 1956, highlighted by numerous stars and key cards, including 1952 Topps #261 Wille Mays, 1953 Topps #220 Satchell Paige, 1953 Topps #244 Willie Mays, 1954 Topps #1 Ted Williams, 1954 Topps #94 Ernie Banks rookie card, 1956 Topps #135 Mickey Mantle, and many more. We have selected two cards to graded by PSA. This collection consists of the following: 1) 1952 Topps (98 cards): Pr to Fr due to a pinhole in the top border of each card, presents Pr to Ex otherwise. Keys: #48 Page correct (Pr), 49 Sain correct (Fr), 88 Feller (Fr), 91 Schoendienst (Pr), 129 Mize (Pr), two 175 Martin RC (Fr and Pr), 243 Doby (Pr), 246 Kell (Pr), 261 Mays (Pr), 274 Branca (Pr), and 313 Thomson high number (Pr). 2) 1953 Topps (128 cards): 75% Vg-Ex to Ex, 15% Vg, and 10% lesser. Keys: #1 Robinson (Vg-Ex), 104 Berra, 207 Ford, 220 Paige, and 244 Mays (PSA VG+ 3.5). 3) 1954 Topps (278 cards): 80% Vg-Ex to Ex, 14% Vg, and 6% lesser. Keys: #1 Williams (Gd), 10 Robinson (Vg), two 17 Rizzuto (Vg and Fr), 32 Snider (Vg), three 36 Wilhelm (all Ex), three 37 Ford (two Ex and Vg-Ex), 50 Berra (Vg), 90 Mays (Vg-Ex), two 94 Banks RC (both Vg), 132 Lasorda RC (Vg/Vg-Ex), and 201 Kaline RC (PSA VG-EX 4). 4) 1955 Topps (300 cards): 60% Ex to Ex-Mt, 27% Vg-Ex, and 13% Vg including a few lesser.
