1907 Dietsche and Grignon Postcards Pair (HOFers Evers and Crawford)

Pair of postcards from two popular sets featuring Hall of Famers Sam Crawford and Johnny Evers. Each postcard is part of a set issued in 1907 to commemorate the participation of the Cubs and Tigers in the 1907 World Series. 1) 1907 Grignon Postcards Johnny Evers. Graded SGC GOOD 30. Presentable example from the rare and unusual Grignon Chicago Cubs photographic postcard series. The postcard displays with vibrant color and a small tear in the lower right corner. It has not been used postally. 2) 1907-1909 Dietsche Postcards Sam Crawford. Graded SGC EX 60. High-grade example from the distinctive A. C. Dietsche Detroit Tigers postcard set. The postcard has slight corner wear visible as well as two small wrinkles on the reverse, which has not been used postally. This postcard pairing matches two players, linked by their 1907 World Series play and Hall of Fame membership, from two desirable sets and would enhance any prewar, Hall of Fame, or sample card collection.
