1909 E92 Nadja Caramels Collection (5)

Collection of five different E92 Nadja Caramels highlighted by Hall of Famer Roger Bresnahan. Cards from this rare caramel issue from 1909 share the same designs as several other related candy issues (Dockman Gum, Croft's Candy, etc.) from the same era. Consists of: Bailey (Vg-Ex), Bresnahan (Vg-Ex/Ex, bright and crisp, with vibrant color, clean reverse, well centered with a slight diamond cut), Ellis (Vg-Ex/Ex), Hartzell/fielding (Vg/Vg-Ex, tiny area of surface paper loss along the lower left edge, no creases), and Stone/blue background (80/20 L/R, otherwise Vg-Ex). Overall a very consistent and uniformly graded group of these scarce and very popular caramel cards, all with Nadja Caramels backs. Total: 5 cards. Reserve $300. Estimate $500+. SOLD FOR $705
