1948-1955 Bowman Autographed Baseball-Card Collection (931)

Extremely substantial collection of 931 autographed Bowman baseball cards spanning the years 1948 through 1955. A total of fifty-four Hall of Famer signatures are featured in the collection, representing twenty different players. All signatures, penned in a variety of inks, appear on the front. Grades range from "3" to "10," averaging "8/9." Although we did not notice any duplicates, it is possible that a few might be found. In our inventory breakdown, we have noted the eight different partial sets offered here, the number of signed cards per set (in parentheses), and all of the Hall of Famer signed cards in the respective set. 1948 Bowman (10): # 5 Feller and 17 Slaughter. 1949 Bowman (37): # 23 Doerr, 27 Feller, 29 Kiner, and 85 Mize. 1950 Bowman (117): #8 Kell, 32 Roberts, 33 Kiner, 43 Doerr, 71 Schoendienst, 77 Snider, and 94 Boudreau. 1951 Bowman (198): # 10 Schoendienst, 30 Feller, 46 Kell, 53 Lemon, 58 Slaughter, 198 Irvin, 233 Durocher, and 275 Harris. 1952 Bowman (151): # 4 Roberts, 11 Kiner (trimmed along all four borders), 30 Schoendienst , 43 Feller, 53 Ashburn (grading "4"), 75 Kell, 146 Durocher, 158 Harris, 162 Irvin, and 232 Slaughter. 1953 Bowman Black & White (45): # 15 Mize (grading "6") and 27 Lemon. 1953 Bowman Color (87): # 10 Ashburn, 32 Musial, 57 Boudreau, 61 Kell, 65 Roberts, 80 Kiner, 114 Feller, 117 Snider, 143 Lopez, and 146 Wynn. 1954 Bowman (157): #45 Kiner, 50 Kell, 57 Wilhelm, 62 Slaughter, 110 Schoendienst, 132 Feller, 177 Ford (encapsulated and labeled "Authentic" by PSA/DNA), and 196 Lemon. 1955 Bowman (129): 60 Slaughter, 171 Roberts, and 213 Kell. Cards range in grade from Fr to Ex, averaging Vg. This is a very substantial collection of signed Bowman baseball cards from 1948 to 1955.
