1915 E145 Cracker Jack #103 Joe Jackson

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $5,581

Graded GOOD 30 by SGC. Extremely attractive medium-grade example of what many consider to be the most classic of all Joe Jackson cards, and one of the most classic of all vintage baseball cards. Beautiful bold colors, crisp, perfectly focused image, and with virtually perfect centering (very slight tilt to the image). The card has corner wear, a few small stains (as is to be expected with Cracker Jack cards actually issued one per box), and a few unobtrusive light creases. And it looks great! This is a an extremely desirable grade for this classic card, providing a relatively affordable alternative to a far more expensive high-grade example, yet without compromising on any of the most important qualities of the card. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $2,000/$4,000.
