1909-1911 T206 Ray Demmitt - St. Louis American Variation

Starting Bid - $400, Sold For - $2,644

Graded GOOD 30 by SGC. T206 Ray Demmitt, St. Louis American card. This is a very pleasing and very conservatively graded example of this famous card. The card is very bright, with bold colors, a crisp, perfectly focused image, and a few light creases, which do not significantly detract from the card's overall superb eye-appeal. The corners are evenly rounded and the card is centered 70/30 left to right. This is an extremely pleasing mid-grade example, with exceptional eye-appeal, of one of the T206 set's key cards. From the Charlie Conlon Collection. Reserve $400. Estimate $800/$1,200.
