1971 Topps Football #156 Terry Bradshaw Rookie - PSA MINT 9

Starting Bid - $1,000, Sold For - $3,525

Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Ultra high-grade rookie card of Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw from the extremely condition-sensitive 1971 Topps Football set. Pack-fresh gem with flawless colors and gloss, perfect clarity, four sharp corners, and a natural rough cut along the left edge. Centered very slightly to the left. A quick look at the PSA population report shows that an almost incredible 1,479 examples of this card have been graded to date. Of these, however, only fifteen have graded PSA MINT 9, with just three PSA 10 examples ever graded. 1971 Topps Football cards typically suffer from a variety of condition problems, including centering issues, print quality, and especially corner and edge chipping, which make Mint examples particularly difficult to find. This is a spectacular ultra high-grade rookie card example of one of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of the game. Reserve $1,000. Estimate $2,000/$3,000.
