1954 Wilson Franks Ferris Fain SGC NM/MT 88

Starting Bid - $300, Sold For - $3,819

Graded NM/MT 88 by SGC. Highest graded! Exceptional ultra high-grade example of Ferris Fain from the 1954 Wilson Franks series. The card displays four razor-sharp corners, flawless colors, a perfectly clean front, and a perfectly clean, bright reverse with crisp, bold text. This card is a blazer! Wilson "Weiners" are rarely found in such extraordinary condition. In the PSA Pop report, of the 1,121 Wilsons (of all players) graded to date, only sixty-seven are graded NM-MT and only seven higher (all MINT 9). Of the 269 Wilsons graded by SGC to date, only nine are graded NM-MT, and only four graded higher (three 92 NM-MT+ and one 96 MINT). This is a spectacular high-grade example worthy of the finest sample card collection or Wilson Franks set. The equivalent SMR value for the assigned grade is $1,350. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000+. SOLD FOR $3,819
