Presented is an exceptional high-grade complete set of 1954 Wilson Franks. Each of the twenty cards in the set has been graded and encapsulated by PSA (all submitted by REA). Eight cards grade Near Mint or better, seven cards range from Ex to Ex-Mt, four are Vg-Ex, and one lesser. PSA condition report: Two MINT 9 (OC): Fain and White. One NM-MT 8: McMillan. Five NM 7: Campanella (MC), Hodges, Jablonski, Schoendienst, and Slaughter (MC). Three EX-MT 6: Fox, Pafko, and Sauer. Four EX 5: Feller, Hack (EX+ 5.5), Richards, and Stephens. Four VG-EX 4: Erskine, Groth, Kuenn, and Williams (VG-EX+ 4.5). One lesser: Ennis (FR 1.5). The Wilson Franks set is highly prized by collectors as one of the most attractive and desirable of all 1950s regional food issues. Rarely offered in complete set form, this is a particularly outstanding complete set of this very attractive issue, including especially strong examples of key cards Roy Campanella, Bob Feller, and Ted Williams.
