Each of these color-process proof cards represents a step toward the printing of the first final process sheet with all colors. These cards are each unique. These first-ever printed 1952 Topps proof examples of the #25 Johnny Groth card include the following color processes (missing only the final process, which could easily be represented by an issued card): 1) Red, yellow, and blue printing. 2) Yellow and red printing. 3) Yellow printing. 4) Red printing. 5) Blue printing. 6) Black printing.
