Exceptionally attractive high-grade complete set from the early 1950s, loaded with all of the great stars and Hall of Famers of the era, and including several significant condition highlights. This set was put together by an old-time collector back in the early 1970s and has remained untouched, stored away in a closet for over thirty years. The equivalent SMR value for just the six graded cards (not including the 138 ungraded cards) is $2,160. Total 144 cards. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000+. SOLD FOR $3,819
