Quailty collection of five scarce and desirable signed Hall of Fame postcards, premiums, or cuts, four of which have been individually encapsulated “Authentic” by SGC (in conjunction with James Spence Authentication). All measure approximately 3.5 x 5.5 inches. 1) Rogers Hornsby newspaper photo signed in black ink on the front ("10"). The photo has been affixed to a 3 x 5-inch card. Ex-Mt. 2) Sam Crawford black-and-white Hall of Fame postcard, signed in blue ink along the base, also inscribed and dated in blue ink on the reverse, “April 6-64 To James – With all good wishes – Wahoo Sam.” Both signatures grade “10.” Nr-Mt. Encapsulated by SGC. 3) Lefty Grove black-and-white Hall of Fame postcard, signed in blue ink in the center of the card (“10”). Tape residue on all four front corners from having once been mounted in an album, otherwise Ex-Mt. Encapsulated by SGC. 4) Paul Waner 1936 R314 Goudey “Wide Pen” premium signed in black ink on the front (“8/9”). Pencil notation on the reverse. Ex. Encapsulated by SGC. 5) Circa 1951 real-photo postcard of Hank Greenberg (with Cleveland), signed in blue ink on the front (“8/9”). Addressed and postmarked (1951) on the reverse.
