1909-1911 T206 White Borders PSA 9 (OC) Collection (3 cards)

Starting Bid - $500.00, Sold For - $2,350.00

Three extraordinarily high-grade T206 White Border tobacco cards, including two from the famous "Harris Collection," all graded MINT 9 (OC) by PSA: George Merritt, Jack White, and Lucky Wright. This is a stunning high-grade trio of cards from the most popular tobacco-card issue of the 1910 era. These three examples each exhibit four razor-sharp corners, flawless registration, perfect colors, and are each perfectly clean both front and back. As anyone who collects T206s is well aware, centering can be all over the place with cards from this set. Although off-center, the three cards are pack-fresh gems, worthy of the finest T206 set. The centering on all three is approximately 30/70 L/R. These are the highest-graded examples of each of these cards. There are no other examples (except White), with or without qualifiers, graded at PSA 9 (or higher) of the three cards. The SMR list value (if they were not qualified as OC) of these three cards is $5,400. Reserve $500. Estimate $1,000/$2,000+. SOLD FOR $2,350.00
