Collection of five Hall of Fame single-signed baseballs is comprised of the following: 1) Max Carey. Official American League (Cronin) ball signed in blue ink (grading "8") on a side panel. Vg-Ex, with moderate soiling. 2) Bucky Harris. Official American League (Cronin) ball signed in black ink ("6") across the sweet spot. Vg, with moderate soiling and toning. 3) Joe DiMaggio. Official American League (Cronin) ball signed in blue ink ("8") across the sweet spot. Ex-Mt. 4) Ted Williams. Official American League (Cronin) ball signed in blue felt-tip pen ("8/9") across the sweet spot. Nr-Mt. 5) Official American League (Cronin) ball inscribed in blue ink ("10") on a side panel: "To Al - Best Wishes Mickey Mantle." The date, "1968," is written on a side panel in blue marker. Vg, with moderate toning throughout (manufacturer's stampings badly faded). These single-signed baseballs are from the collection of baseball historian Al Kermisch.
