Mickey Mantle Autograph Collection (10)

Offered is a diverse collection of Mickey Mantle signed items that includes a photo, a postcard, a garment, and four pieces that defy categorization. 1) Postcard from the Southwestern Historical Wax Museum at State Fair Park in Dallas, Texas. The card front features a photo of Mantle's wax image and has been signed in blue Sharpie ("10"). The postcard (3.5 x 5.5 inches) has never been used and grades Ex. 2) 11 x 14-inch color photo of Mantle in uniform, signed in blue Sharpie across his image ("10"). The photo has a few very light surface wrinkles and is otherwise Ex. 3) 1958 broadside promoting a game between Mickey Mantle's American League All-Stars and Willie Mays' National League All-Stars on October 12th at Yankee Stadium. Signed vertically in blue Sharpie ("10") on the front. The broadside (8.25 x 10 inches) displays a horizontal crease and has been mounted onto a heavy cardboard backing. Vg. 4) Mickey Mantle art card featuring an image used in an ad by The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. Signed in blue marker ("10") on the front. 7.75 x 11 inches. Vg-Ex. 5) Mickey Mantle photo hat featuring an image of his 1956 Topps baseball card. Inscribed "Best Wishes Mickey Mantle" in black marker ("8") on the front. Ex. 6) Mickey Mantle commemorative jacket, produced by "The Rookie Ball Inc," featuring images of his 1952 and 1956 Topps baseball cards on the front and a large image of his 1956 Topps baseball card on the reverse. Inscribed "Mickey Mantle No. 7" in blue Sharpie ("8," with some slight bleeding) on the front. Size XL. Ex, with a few small areas of light discoloration. 7-10) Four small tags (possibly luggage tags or key chains) featuring images of Mantle on the front. Two of the tags feature reprints of his 1952 and 1956 Topps baseball cards, respectively. The other two tags picture the identical photo of Mantle, Ford, and Martin posing together at Yankee Stadium. Each of the tags have been signed on the reverse in black fine-point marker (averaging "9"). Two of the tags are metal, while the other two are heavy plastic.
