Rare Pirate Club High Grade Whiskey amber glass bottle, circa 1905, measures eight inches tall with a decorative paper label on the front depicting a Pittsburg player in uniform with his sleeves rolled up and leaning on a bat. Label has some paper loss on the edges and some general light staining. Scarce and very unusual piece of early twentieth-century baseball memorabilia from the days when baseball and hard liquor were very closely linked. Reserve $200. Estimate $400/$600. SOLD FOR $812.00
